About Me

A little about me and my own Journey...

I have my BA in Psychology from Dakota Wesleyan University. My past work history been in Human Services, Social Work and childcare. I’m married with a 2 year old son, my husband and I are both transplants from South Dakota. I was born in the Philippines and raised in Chamberlain SD, a tiny town right smack dab in the middle of cows, corn and the Missouri River. I’ve been in the Minneapolis area for almost 9 years now and absolutely love the culture with all of its creativity, artistry, and individuality.

I'm a wife and mother on a mission to be a living example to myself and my children that we are powerful creators and that we can choose feelings of happiness, peace contentment and joy.. I continue to have fun, fine tuning my vibration in the recognition of the deliciousness, and appreciation of each moment and circumstance.  I do this work and share it with others because I live it.

Did you know you could be a light in the world? Choosing love, hope, faith, compassion, and forgiveness sends positive energy into our at atmosphere.   Saving the world  starts first and foremost from within, by choosing to love ourselves more deeply and unconditionally. Within each  moment we have the potential to see the glass half empty or the glass half full.  We get to choose our perspective when we look at certain things, this calls our attention and thus our point of attraction.  So let's choose to find and see the goodness within ourselves, our children and the world.  In choosing to see the goodness and appreciate each other from where we are we can create more whole, loving and peaceful families through which unconditional love can be experienced and expressed so that we can continue our own expansion and the expansion  of the world to make this a more peaceful, ethical and livable place for all beings. This work is further reflected in my advocacy for conscious conception, gentle birthing, peaceful parenting, and the shifting of the consciousness of the planet.  Please join me in facebook groups In Enlightening Ourselves We Enlighten the World and Intentional Parenting.

How did I get into healing?
As a very young child I was very imaginative and thought I had the ability to heal insects, plants, and small animals by placing my hands over them. Gradually I forgot about this and got into other things. When I was 16 I started going to bible camps and would routinely pray over people before talks. People would tell me they could feel energy coming out of my hands. As I continued to lay my hands and pray over people I would witness some pretty awesome things. People would forgive and let go of things. Headaches, back aches, and injuries were relieved and healed. When I got into college I took  Healing Touch classes, a modality that was back by science and accepted by nurses in hospitals.  I also learned about quantum physics the science that measures and supports, energy work.  This gave me great comfort in knowing that hands on healing was acknowledged and accepted in scientific and academic circles all over the world.
